Ensuring your safety is our utmost priority.
IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON SCHEDULING THE TRIP TO ENSURE THAT ALL PASSENGERS READ AND/OR UNDERSTAND OUR POLICIES AS NOTED BELOW.
Eightball Sportfishing will confirm all charters 24 hours prior to departure.
- The Captain retains the right to cancel or cut a trip short in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. In such cases, you can opt to reschedule your trip using your deposit for a future date or receive a refund for your deposit, exclusive of any service fees. Rain alone does not warrant trip cancellation.
- Our vessel is only permitted to carry a maximum of six (6) paying customers at one time (no exceptions).
- A 25% deposit is required at time of booking for all Eightball Sportfishing bookings, with the balance due on the day of the trip. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle or deposit checks. Contact Dom for where and when to send your payment.
- Charter rates do not include a tip for the Captain and Mate. Tipping the hard-working and knowledgeable crew is customary, with a typical range of 15% to 25%.
- The consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on board.
- Passengers must be 21 or over to consume alcohol in moderation and in a respectful manner.
- The Captain reserves the right to terminate the charter at any time if a guest becomes heavily intoxicated.
- According to USCG regulations, children aged 12 and under must wear a life vest while on board.
- Firearms and knives are not allowed.
- Guests are accountable for any rod and reel combos that may go overboard while in their use.
We supply:
- The optimism for a fun day catching fish and/or scenic views
- Helping you load and unload your fishing equipment and personal belongings
- Rods and reels
- Ice for fish caught, and your beverages and food (stored separately)
- Gulp is available for purchase, or you may bring your own
- Bait and tackle
- Bathroom on board
What to Bring:
- Sneakers or boat shoes
- Cooler for storing your catch (if on a 6-pac boat, leave in your car)
- Food and beverages (non-glass containers only)
- Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
- Motion sickness medicine/patch
- Rain gear
- Camera
- Jacket/sweatshirt
